Yamaha Nitro Hand Warmer

I am having an intermittent problem with my hand warmers on my 09 Nitro.......Problem is that sometimes they will work and sometimes not. Seems after shutting the sled off and leaving it set for about 5 minutes they will work right and heat. I have taken the sled to the dealership several times and they can't seem to find a problem.
Anyone else having similar troubles? Any help would be great!

This is a well known issue with the 08-09 Nytro's. Check out http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewforum.php?f=61 and do a search for hand warmers and you will have all the information.

I have the same problem and will likely buy the "Rockmeister Yamaheaters". I just havn't gotten around to it yet.

In general, the ty site above is an excellent yamaha resource!
