American Chopper Jr. vs. Sr. vs. Jessie James

Jessie James will make them look like the true bolt on posers they are. Can you immagine what a tv ad will cost during the shows 2 day run. I hope the rules are that they must fabricate from scratch and they are given a decent amount of time to do so. I bet it will be a whatever you have in the shop bolt on fest only to give the OCC Cry baby and Pauly a fighting chance. Bring in Arlen Ness to round things out and I will pay money to watch it then. Nubs does a lot to make Paul jrs. bikes look cool. They will have to top Paul jrs. master piece the "Black widow Bike" to hold my attention and to make it a real contest. I think the contest will be rigged in OCC's favor.

I miss the Biker Build-Off shows, with guys like Roger Bourget, Billy Lane, and Indian Larry (R.I.P.), and so on. These guys built some incredible bikes.

My money's on Jesse - I think the Teutuls will split their votes.

If they are gonna do it then it needs to be the man himself building the bike.....Jesse would win hands down. He is a fabricator. The other two are assemblers.

what, both Jr and Sr shops builds bikes and I am sure they will be building them. They have taken existing frames and mod'ed them out to fit whatever they want to do. They could design and build frames if they chose to but no need to do so when the set up is such a huge factor. I can assure you JJ has no better facility of means to build frames better than Jr or Sr. Design will win this and I am going with JR, JJ in second place and OCC deal last. I don't think JJ can come up with a better design than JR.

Sr has old school skills and a new school crew with latest technology. I don;t think he could do what JJ can do. Jr on the other hand has had his share of fab over the years. I've seen him do some tank and metal fab. He did all the fab on the Black widow fenders, he also is doing all the tank work on the latest bike for world trade center bike. Yea, you don't see him on machines like rick or Brendon so yea, JJ has an advantage that way. I may be wrong with the winner but it will make for a good show. Look at the design of the DeKalb bike and dont forget who fab'd the best part of the anti venom bike's (fenders)

Lenny, you made a ton of good points. Even to sway me towards Jr. The 3 will have to top Jr's. widow bike. the aluminum I beam frame and the Dekalb bike do say that Jr is totally talented. Jesse may get tangled up in the fabrication end of it and slow him down to the point he may spit out something out of ego and lack of time to complete. so I say Jr., Jesse, Paul Sr. in that order. My heart is in Jesse since I come from a family of fabricators.

If the fans vote Jr will win as he appeals to the non-biker community big time........

Pat-

What did Billy do to land himself in jail?

I liked the bikes that Matt Hotch built.

Not knowing much at all about bikes, I think you are right. JR will probably take the TV contest poll if they do it that way. Would love to see what Vinney and Rick would put out if given enough time to design (not their strong suits).

bike is called chain of mystery.....mind blowing when you see it Indian was more artist than anything Paul cox is still making his bikes and it looks like he has same design style had a bunch bikes in a bar out in sturgis last year same detail to design as Indian......

Matt Hotch PERIOD. Simply the best eye for design and detail. The 3 wheeler jr and vinny built was sick too. Jesse is just too much of a ***** to watch anymore.

Jesse started on his own with one other guy but ended up bringing a big crew in to help him finish it! When he rode his bike he looked totally uncomfortable and had to look under and around the handle bars to see the road. Jr wins hands down.

I too would love to see Rick go over to PJD. It's a matter of time.

I would like to see Jr. and especially Sr. ride there creations 600 miles like they had to do for the old Biker Build Offs.

I can tell you from watching JJ and JR riding their bikes that JJ couldn't hang on for 600 miles, very uncomfortable looking bike. Front end on that things looks like crap, looks delicate. JJ bike is a nice looking ride but not practical for riding position. Jr's bike you wouldnt want to ride becasue you may mess it up and SR's mess was just a toy.
