exhaust valve gaskets

Anyway to have these come off in one reusable peice?? Think anti seize would work? or would she leak...I guess I could try and watch closely..This is on my first Polaris.... 700 IQ CFI

Would copper spray make it worse?

Such a teadiuos task to scrape with the big slots opened up to the cylinders

i rub whatever 2 cycle oil you use all over them before i install them but if you didnt do that to them chances are the gaskets will rip when you try to take them of. They are really cheap so It's not a huge deal.

There going on tonight..I'll give that a try..thanks..7 bucks each..thats 4 beers at the bar :)
not the cost just the scraping is the small problem
 
Goin to get mine now. 4 bucks a pop. '11 600 cfi. Also when I took mine apart, there is a spring right behind the black over, yeah well one of mine were broke, spring don't look like there's much to it but they are 12.49 a piece.

I used to have the same problem until I started removing them with the sled warmed up. I have been using the same gaskets for three years, no leaks and I remove every spring to clean the valves. Get the sled good and warm before you remove the valves, the gaskets should come right off. I do not put anything on when I install them. It is not the price but the task of scraping off the old gaskets that is the pain.
