whats the best way to clean exhaust valves?

I have an 02 Polaris edge 600 and was wondering what the best way to clean the exhaust valves?

I've used a buzz wheel with a soft pad so it scuff the valves then wiped with brake clean and a rag.

Soak in sea foam overnite then use scotch brite pad

Evinrude/Johnson "ENGINE TUNER" works better then sea foam.
good tip on oven cleaner tho...ill try that too and compare

I'm usually that guy lol. I have 10 sleds, 2 ATVs and a zero turn mower in my shop because I can't say no. And my atv sits behind the shop under a lean-to because there's no more room haha

There is no easy way....soak and scrape with a dull razer blade, gasket scraper or small pick.

If im ambitious enough usually clean mine once a month throughout winter once a year is plenty fine. The only thing you're hurting running dirty valves is you performance.
