I made a ramp for the back of my truck and it works pretty good. I placed 3 2X6's on edge (1 on each side and 1 down the middle) with a 4X8 sheet of treated plywood on top of it. Under that I made 2 ramps using 2x4's on edge with more treated plywood. The ramps slide under the deck after loading the sled. I drilled a hole in each end of the ramps and can pin it when its down and then again when I slide it in. I used 2 eye bolts and 2 ratchet straps to keep it in the truck. It was cheap to build and works good when I only need to bring one sled I can leave the trailer home, or if I have 3 to bring I can get 2 in the trailer and one in the truck.
If you have pictures I would be interested to see this setup
