Packers and Seahawks, what do you think?

Think this one comes down to who can stop the run game. So depends which Packer defense shows up. At least we don't have to stop Pearcy Harvin this time around.
Packers are around 7 1/2 pt. Underdogs, I'd take that.
My call, 21-17.....ughh.....Seattle. :(

One thing to remember is the packers are on barrowed time, after the worst call of the season by Dallas, and rodgers is not the best in the business, there are others that make him look like a High school QB.

I am now dumber for reading this statement about Rodgers. So moving on from that trainwreck, Seattle has an advantage but if Rodgers is on and Lacy can move the ball it should be a great game. Anything can happen in the NFL so I am really excited to see the game. Im going Seattle 27-24.

Wow!

My adrenaline is pumped just by going to this thread!
:)
As a football fan, that "catch",... the effort was unbelievable!
By the "rule" it is what it is. Those things are tough to swallow.
Every team seems to have their UGH! calls. ie: FAIL MARY,....
If they would have (not reversed) a call in the Detroit game,.. with the lead
AND momentum Detroit had,... Dallas would not have even been in Green Bay. (imo)
and also (imo) even if it was a catch AND a touchdown,... The Pack had a 5 point lead
at the time I believe? Dallas would have had to go for 2? and Green Bay had about
4 minutes to kick at least a field goal to tie? Who knows.
What if the girl singing the National Anthem got sick on National TV?
Woulda Coulda Shoulda I guess?

Did you listen to Troy Aikman praise Rodgers after the game? I've never seen him like that.
Wow,...he was almost choked up describing how impressed he was,..bla bla bla,...
That was out of character and pretty cool I thought.

There are just as many Packers haters out there as there are fans I suppose. But if you are a sports
fan, you have to admire how the organization keeps things running. For a Town the size of most small
suburbs in unknown cities,.. it is pretty incredible to be ONE of only 32. That is cool!

Remember the first time they played,... Derrick Sherrod was on the line I believe? and he was so bad,....
They RELEASED him not too long after that,.. and after some other injuries,.. re-vamped the O-line and they
have been playing MUCH better. The Defense doesn't even resemble the unit that was on the field the 1st
game of the season. (as far as their scheme).

The Offense should handle their own. If I were Seattle's Offense,... I'd Just keep chucking it downfield long,...
and collect all the pass interference calls. Worse case scenerio,.. keep kicking field goals.
If ya listen to all the Sports shows,... They might as well not even play these 2 games.
I like the Oregon/Ohio State reference. Ya never know.

Hope both games are great. and Your favorite team wins.
(just hope they have a "G" on their helmet) :)

I Just want it to snow in my area really. That's all.
O.K.
Off to work.
Put your gloves back on!

HUT HUT!

I seen it on the news. Dallas should of ran on 4th down.

How did dallas make a bad call. Let ur best player make a play, if he wasnt reaching for endzone thats a catch. Makes sense that u quit watching football but are commenting on a football thread.

According to Aikman, Lacy has asthma and can't go 2 quarters in a row. I have no horse in this race but I think the Pack is going down. The Seahawk's wouldn't quit putting pressure on Rogers like Dallas did. Who wrote the script for that game?

I'm backing the PACK! Would like to see a lot more of Lacey, and Kuhn in the mix. We know Rodgers will give it his all. And Flynn will be fine also. A few years back he provided what was needed. This is not to say it won't be a very tough game. GO PACK!!!! Our L/L through high school football programs have been patterned off Vince Lombardie since early 60'S. Never lost a game in my 4 years high school. You have to believe!

look for the pack to spread things out and play from the shot gun all day.
hurry up offense in full motion letting rodgers call the plays as he sees fit. not letting seattle d dictate the flow.

GO PACK GO!!

GO PACK GO!!

Shot gun would be good, or even a 3 step drop and pass. Last week Rodgers was doing a 7-9 step drop, way too deep for a guy with a his bum stump.

GO PACK GO!!

Seattle likes the flow being mostly a man to man team. Hence they ran 3 different defenses against denvers hurry up in SB. I would think the pack will throw at richard sherman this game. If he cuts off half the field again, not be good for pack.

they'll be throwing at shermann whenever its available.

they will not be playing that same asinine game plan ignoring half the field like week one. mccarthy has pretty much owned up to that blunder. we will also not have derrick "human turnstile' sherrord to worry about and give help too.

Human turnstile!
Now that right there,...was awesome!

Man,... If ya listen to all the know it all sports authorities on TV and around the media,...
They might as well not even play the darn game.
That sure is frustrating,... and hard to "tune out"
Just hope they play their hearts out!!

Guess we'll see 24 hrs from now.

Off to work!

GO PACK!

just sitting here playing around on the ipad since it's like 38* at 7:30 and just finished up raining, and i can't find anyone that has the pack winning this game.
was just on some site that had about 50 writers from all these different publications and sites and about two had the pack winning. these guys actually were picking both games and more of them had the colts winning than GB.

guess that's why they play the game.

GO PACK GO
