Just returned from a short Thanksgiving Weekend trip to the Snowy Mountain Range! Friday we rode out of Green Rock with very poor conditions, there were pockets here and there with good snow but for the most part there was lucky to be 15". At the time was just happy to be riding the trails/roads and seeing the views. Until Saturday, we woke up and headed to Albany lodge and rode 15 miles due north until we stumbled upon an area that got POUNDED. There was 6-8" of fresh on top of at least 30". Crazy how close we were to the day before and the difference in snow conditions! Ended up with 100 miles on the new sled and a big smile on my face. Got a short video clip here where I got stuck at the end. Definitely a little rusty! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1nJz66eSUs
Picked up a Nikon D3200 DSLR Camera on Pre-Black Friday sale and got a Pelican case shipped with Amazon Prime 2 days before the trip, just so you guys could drool from these pics! Enjoy
