Don't feel bad groomer...I sucked a door mat into my snow blower this morning...lol Forgot it was there...jammed my blower up...gotta work on that when I get home from work...wife is pissed cause I wrecked here door mat (one of those stupid rubber things)...lol ...I just forgot she put it there....couldn't find any of my snow shovels either (I have no idea what my kids did with them...can't find half my tools either)....so I'm batting 1000 today!!!
Just because the eye of the storm moved, how does that make this a bust? Please enlighten me... 14" here
It's a bust for the specific area mentioned. How much were they originally predicting for your area? 1" of RAIN?

No rain predicted here whatsoever. We were supposed to get snow all along but the totals just kept going up.
Fox are very cool seem to like people once they get used to ya. Had a red one that would meet me at the truck everytime we unloaded groceries must have smelled the food so he would just hang there maybe 15 feet away looking at me so I would talk to him like a dog trying to get him closer...no 15 feet was it. I left my work gloves on the porch that son of gun took them & then took a dump on them in the yard. Next night took my wifes shoes tore them up. I think he was trying to tell us he was here first. One winter day he shows up back leg all torn up must of got caught in a trap. I went in got some chicken he took it so we left him food every night. We could tell he was around food gone & tracks in snow were he was draging his back leg. This went on for about a month then one day no tracks ...sad to see him go but not much hope for 1 legged fox in the northwoods. The happy part is we have had a red fox ..just 1 silver fox every year since then & we feed all of them.Missing tools, here's a good story for you. In the early 70's, we had rescued a baby red fox. Found mother hit by a car. He lived in workshop/garage, and had a outside pen he could go in and out of.
My Dad did alot of work on sleds, cars etc. he is a welder also. I kept getting blamed for missing tools, had my own for working on bikes and stuff. I was allowed to use Dad's tools as long as I put them back. So all summer like once a week, where's this or that. I'm like I don't know didn't use it.
Winter comes, there was a barrel stove for heat, and a large wood pile. As the winter went along and the wood was being burned, tools started to become uncovered. That darn fox! he knew tools made noise, and he was taking them and dropping them behind the wood pile.
It was pretty cool having a pet fox though, my Dad and I could pet him , since we fed him. Didn't let strangers try, didn't want anyone to get bit. Even the outside pen had a perimeter fence about 4 or 5 feet away from pen so people couldn't put fingers into pen.
And our's kept going down and we got 1/10th of what the NWS predicted. That is what I call a
