Looks da skeeter's gonna have to add double-decker sled parking (like the deck parking on Lakeshore Drive in Houghton)!

Exactly why I made it a rule years ago not to ride on weekends. I'm assuming none of these guys were drinking alcohol before getting back on their sleds! Pictures like these give non-snowmobilers more ammunition to portray us as a bunch of crazy drunks. Looking at all the fresh snow, you would think everyone would be out enjoying the great conditions instead of sitting in a bar.

2+ feet of blower fell early morning if you know where to find it. Absolutely puking out right now, wouldn't doubt it if we woke up to another 2 feet. Complete whiteout, 15 mph, took an hour to drive from The Mosquito to Houghton. Not sure if I'm dreaming or if this is real life... https://youtu.be/zJPPZ-OJH0E

Not sure what you're looking at in the one photo that shows people inside, I see about 33 people, one guy is eating, one guy has a beer in his hand, and one table has 2 Mountain Dew's and a Diet Coke sitting next to a Miller Lite 6-pack case that is holding catsup, mustard and other things, but not beer. So how can you determine there are a bunch of drunks here? You seem to be speculating with pre-conceived opinions that are based on nothing you can see here. For all we know they could have been out enjoying great conditions for the past 6 hours and needed a spot to take a break, warm up and dry off.

Dude calm down! It was single digits, blower pow, super winds, easily the coldest day riding I've had in a long time. I stood inside the skeet to warm up for an hour, didn't see one stumbling guy in sight.

Every place we stopped at today in Iron County, Wi looked just like this.....packed! Way more soda and coffee being consumed than alchohol.

Looks pretty tame to me. The golden days of cruisin and boozin are pretty much over. Back in the old days a bunch of guys would be out in the parking lot trying to fix a sled or two that had run into a tree or something else.

So Indy, did you call in sick next week?
Wish I could've stayed!

Buddy I was with had to be home. If he could've stayed, or someone else would've drove up to drive my sled home, I for sure would be calling in tomorrow!
