Anyone have any input on the 600 or 800? I am curious on how stiff the shocks and springs are. I am torn between the XCR and the Pro S. Thanks

Bear, you correct a few hundred bucks difference here in MN. I do ride hard and and I am 250lbs w/o gear so I thought XCR may be a better fit.
Snohawk-thanks for the info. Is the ride firm at the softer settings or firm no matter where the settings are at?
Where did you get the XCR at? I have seen the XCR 600 for 8300 around by me.
Use the center shock preload to balance the forward bite with the rear traction/transfer hookup. I turn at a time.I picked up a 2016 Pro S 800 the other weekend, couldn't pass it up. Looking to get it dialed in for my weight this weekend. I am 250 w/o gear, any suggestions?
I have a 2015, so it may be different, but I'm referring to the shock under the seat, not the one inside the skid/track. I didn't play with the preload on the shock inside the skid at all, (or the front shock preload) only the top one.Are you talking about the rear shock or the front track shock?
I just bought a brand new XCR 800 last Saturday. I was on the fence between XCR and Pro S.
I thought the XCR looked little better- only Pro S they had left was white color. I bought it from dealer in Madison.
Everything I've read and watched, it looks like an impressive sled! I'm hoping to at least break it in this year. I have a busy March with work, so might not be able to get out....
