Think he maybe rode a lot in the Ontonagon area. Legend has it, he was pretty fast. He always rode with a guy he called Fuzzball (who turned out to be his brother). A few years back, his brother posted his obituary on here. Never forget the episode where his buddy’s Cat “coughed up a fur ball”. He had a knack for creating an image in words.

Personally, I dropped off as I moved from Green Bay to Thief River for 2 years and am back in G.B. and retired..maybe (if stocks ever come back).
I loved Northwest MN as I met dozens who worked in TRF at Cat and Polaris in Roseau (wow, the good and bad stories).
But now..I have been chatting with Polaris Dan and Slim Cake about upcoming rides (I am sure P.D. is in touch with Durphee too).
Just waiting for a $15,000 snowmobile to come in (am I nuts)? No, I know a guy why paid $17,000 for one.

Nice to hear from you again! another haven't heard from for a while, also nice to know Polaris Dan, Durphee and Slimcake still out there, maybe talk them back into coming back as I'm sure there are many who miss their posts! I think PD and I might have butted heads in the past on some posts buy it was just opinions being sounded and never took personal, always enjoyed his night ride posts, served on stimulus ride board with Slimcake, great guy! and I think it was shortly after that he fell off radar not sure why. Hopefully...maybe talk them into coming back? you can always now turn to barstool to vent or voice opinions that may not be for the masses and it's their choice to join in or view. Nice to hear from you 1fujifilm! try to convince PD, Slimcake and Durphee to come back!
