So I was just up trying to ride hopping from ice patch to ice patch to get to the trail from my place and now I see on Accuweather (not always accurate) 6-10" today and 2'-3' yes, Feet starting Saturday. What the heck? I know there will be a few who will take advantage of it but will clubs go out get the trails back in shape for what? a few days? Sure could have used this snow over the last two weeks...

In Grand Forks yesterday the NWS was saying up to an inch yesterday and up to an inch last night, we ended up with about 10 inches

I"m actually done for the winter and done with snow for now. I was up last week trying to get the last ride in and struggled a bit and had one day or riding that was decent after we added scratchers. left a day early and figured that was it. Main reason for the comment I made was the timing being so frustrating. Could have used this snow last week and now with 2 weeks left of the season is it even worth some of these clubs to get trails ready for probably only a few days since I see this big warm up next week?

and yes Huck Jay I did see on the florence club website trails were closed for the season March 6th.

worked really well. I had the stock BRP scratchers put on the two sleds we were riding. I have the qualipieces model on my Mach. Never needed to use it. Never came close to overheating and allowed us to ride 110 miles and without them couldn’t go more than a mile without overheating
