No we do not. It seems as if we do get snow, we have a couple days to ride and the trails are trash because it gets so dang warm after the fact.

What a small world Indy that you know about Shueyville! That's awesome! I took the long way home last night through Shueyville and Solon and the snowmobile trails look fantastic. It's going to be a busy weekend on the trails around here. Our groomers are out and running. Winter storm warning...

I live in Tiffin and work in Cedar Rapids by the airport. We ended up with a good 12" with some reports of around 15" I've been seeing. Went and ate lunch in Shueyville yesterday and I counted 8 snowmobiles in the parking lot. Another 1-3 tonight and calling for another 4-7 Thursday night into...

This snow we have would make a great base up north where it's needed more than us.

Roughly 4" of heavy wet slop here in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, Iowa corridor. Still coming down at a pretty good clip. Highways are crap. Saying 6-10" additional. We'll see...........

What trip(s) have you cancelled so far?

Chance of a White Xmas in North Central WI?

Even if a miracle dumping of snow was to occur and IF the clubs were to get the trails into riding condition, how many trails would not be able to be ridden with all this warm weather? A bunch of trails not only cross lakes, but also swamps, etc. I have to believe that if lakes are not froze...

Favorite stops from back in the day..

I've quit taking trips there with my side by side in the summer. It's so crazy busy there on ANY given weekend it's downright ridiculous. I've never rode my side by side on trails in the winter and will never do it either.

Favorite stops from back in the day..

Still one of the better places to ride in Wisconsin if/when it ever snows there.

Favorite stops from back in the day..

Another place that I can remember as well is in the Black River Falls/Hatfield, WI area. It's the Wildcat Supper Club in Neillsville. It's still there today and is open but the old owner back in the day, his name was Merly. That guy was a character and no matter how many times you talked to him...

Chance of a White Xmas in North Central WI?

I just literally canceled our trip for these exact same dates. Just didn't want to rack up any unnecessary fees for canceling at the last minute.

Favorite stops from back in the day..

The old J.D.'s in WInchester, WI that would later become the Wilderness Inn. Loved stopping in those 2 places for some reason. Another one was the old Wild Goose Inn in Presque Isle. That was quite the place back in the day.

    Football's Winners & Losers

Yep! Although his boss isn’t the head coach due to nepotism. Our athletic director is the idiots boss. And guess what happened to the athletic director that gave him the “drive for 25” cut in pay? He retired thank god LOL

    Football's Winners & Losers

Van Ness was a Hawkeye! With that said, I'm obviously a Iowa Hawkeye fan. All the talk down here is about our offensive coordinator and our inept offense. "The drive for 25" is the motto in that offensive coordinator Brian Ferentz must average 25 points per game this season or else. Now is that...

    Watersmeet to Houghton on SXS

Exactly! I ordered the MITRALE map in the binder version and it shows every single route that is legal. Definitely worth the money!
