    good to see some riders in Shawnow Co today getting to use their trail passes. Took a minute to talk to what I can only suspect was a dad and his 13 YO? son and asked how the trails were. Dad said not bad so I look at junior and ask are you having fun? and he couldn't have nodded his head any...

    EPS has way more value than being worried about sore shoulders. Way more going on than is considered. Too bad the www snomo bullies had to ruin Yamaha sleds for everyone who loved their product by a constant drone of too heavy and EPS is also too heavy and real sledders don't need it....LOL...

    Everything looks better today on our way back home....First time this year we are seeing sleds south of Oconto Co including at our breafast stop in Bonduel.

    Yep hit or miss. Been that way for a decade or so....never any doubt about where the Forest Co line is when heading south on the NST.

    A couple/3 weeks back the non hype weather gurus were pointing to 40 to 50" into March. I think JD as well.

    My local trails.... 100 miler and LMT still awesome. In and out of gas stops and any roadside trails are bad but worth navigating to ride the rest.

    The standard guideline is 6" of snow with no frost and trails are open.

    We didn't ride yet but on the way up there was a fairly long stretch of bare gravel north of Lakewood on the NST grade. Looked good through Townsend and north. Unfortunately snowfall also looks to have fizzled out. Maybe an inch so far around Laona so far overnight and this AM. Hopefully more...
