    Trail Repairs Planned

“Depending on how the bids come in, and how busy the contractor is, that may or may not get completed (this year), but at least the hope is it would be available to reopen for the snowmobile season,” he said. UMMMM I think its a little late for that to happen?^^^

    Chevy 6.2L questions

I will second what Old Abe said. The torque comes on early and when towing it feels somewhat effortless with loads of 5-6000# making sled towing easy peasy. When I have my skid steer/trailer on@ 10,000# + it does much better than my old 6.0 GM. Being a GM guy I didn't believe the hype when the...

Dog sled team hit by Snowmobiler in Bayfield WI

Certainly the driving off is the most puzzling part of the one side of the story we are hearing. My everyday thought process is that if it doesn't make sense ,it is most likely to be BS.

Dog sled team hit by Snowmobiler in Bayfield WI

I just remember thinking I was glad I wasn't going balls out that morning as it was early on a monday without much if any other oncoming sleds. No one wants to see an animal suffer so this is messed up either way the blame goes.

Dog sled team hit by Snowmobiler in Bayfield WI

Its so far fetched you need to stop and think about it. Dog lovers are an increasingly strange and aggressive group a ppl. It's mostly virtue signaling where the owners try and out do each other on how much they love their pets. Virtue signaling runs amuck these days. I like dogs but don't go...

Bought my 2016 3.5 EB in June 2020. A SC with 8 foot box and high Leer cap. 155,000 miles when bought. It now has 185,000 so I am avg about 20,000 per year while the previous owner avg. 40,000 ish per year. No issues so far. Avg 19 mpg all around diving but that drops off in winter to around 17...

+ 100 miler and LMT in central Fo.Co. Base is hard and tight without a ton of loose snow to cause moguls. Lots of day riders from the Fox valley dropping in Mountain (Oconto Co.) and north.

    Forest co.

It was a total delight to actually ride over Xmas/N.Y. week this year. The combination of 3 or 4 significant snowfalls, thawing, freezing and rain along with a lot of trail panning by local clubs have created a great base. Trails were extremely good this weekend even with record traffic.

Easy to agree with the folks wondering where your totals are measured. That just makes sense. No one cares where you live exactly, just an aprox. area.... otherwise why post it. it's not that hard to understand and definitely not worthy of a pissing match. As far as this new website showing...
