Are you sure you're not a Lions fan? That's what they say here, every year, for the past 65 years. 🙂 Sure, they could be "better" - - they could win 4 or 5 games instead of 3. But even then, that's still pathetic.

I would love to be a fan, they're the hometown team. But I'll never consider it until somebody owns them who truly cares about putting a quality product on the field.

Maybe. But it's the same mantra every year - - a little luck, the refs screwed us, injuries, blah blah blah. 65 years don't lie. The Lions will never amount to a hill of beans until the Fords sell them, or their blindly loyal fans wake up and stop supporting them. Or both.

Don't count on the Lions being better. 65 years of ineptitude!

In a perfect world, yeah. I 100% agree with the sentiment. However....not everybody is fortunate enough to be able to walk out the door and ride whenever the mood strikes. Most of us have to at least drive several hours (or more) take time off work, etc., to make a trip. Asking/telling someone...

True story. We're our own worst enemy. Last month on a ride a lady in our small group got pulled over and ticketed for rolling a stop sign (I was riding behind her and she was definitely guilty). Her response? She couldn't be upset because the ticketing officer (MI DNR) was hot. 🙄🤣

I try to be optimistic, but on this subject I'm at a loss. You can't teach common sense. I fear this idiocy won't stop until our trail system is gone.
