Well Neenah and Green Bay were definitely in the thick of it. But, Menasha was ground zero. For those not in the know, Neenah and Menasha are connected. Menasha has a very competitive meteorologist.

Just curious what the objective is for doing this? Obviously, it's getting more sledders to the UP, but I question the logic. Hope it's measurable. I know that I wouldn't make plans just to avoid a small trail pass cost.
