This is a past due report but wanted to re-cap our trip from this past weekend: Friday 2/1...Left Bergland and took 13 to Rockland which was good to very good. Much better than reported. Continued on the 13 loop from Greenland to Twin Lakes and it was awesome...dumping snow and smooth trails...

Last I saw one couldn't ride this trail from GL to TL due to logging. Anyone know if the re-route has been completed yet? If not, are there still plans to have one in place?

I just saw on the trail report from the Bergland Bay Bar that there may have been an accident in/around Greenland and it might have been fatal...anyone have some info? The only reason I ask is to avoid any dangerous areas or be on the lookout on specific section of the trail (very icy corners...

Lots of rain all over but here in the chicago area we have had a lot. Can you imagine if it was 25 degrees how much snow we would have gotten? I'd be able to ride the sled to work on the Eisenhower (if it was open)!

I just read on the Bergland Bay Bar's website that there were a couple of accidents recently...one guy went off the trail and struck a tree near Watersmeet and ended up with a broken leg while the other guy was near the Porkies and had to be airlifted out. Anyone have details? Prayers for...

My wife and I welcomed a new addition to our family today as Tate Bradley Bonnevier arrived at 4:17 am. All are doing well and can't wait to get him and his older brother (now 18 months old) out on the trails when mama allows!
