I have the liftmaster belt drive too. Super quiet and can open and close from my phone which is very handy in my situation.

Anyone else have this constant screen refresh happening? It's so annoying. you can be typing out a post and the screen refreshes constantly and makes you temporarily lose your place. It's happening on my laptop and iphone. Just wondering if I'm the only one this is happening to.

it can be slippery with snow, not water. I do like it and yes was expensive. But after 13 years it looks almost brand new except for a few times the skis came off the wheels while loading with snowtrackers.
