Zero problems with my 10 spd in my 21 F150 w/5.0L, 32k on it so far. Absolutely love the 10 spd for towing and all around driving, could never go back to a lesser gear transmission on a 1/2 ton.

Judging by the pines, I’m going to take a guess with British Columbia. Notorious for pine trees everywhere like that, and aside from the mostly unrideable areas in Washington that receive oodles of snow, Revelstoke B.C. gets about the most snow of anywhere in North America.

I now live on the north side of Greenville out by JJ. But, I grew up by the schools, little piece of land I used to ride on they planted an “urban forest” on about 10 years ago. I did however run down the ditch line of school rd to Julius, then across the Julius ditch lines to get to the trails...

Ha! I used to hand build one out of wood every fall from age 10-15. Put hundred and hundreds of miles on in a 3 acre field next to my house growing up. My very first was a modified pallet, then they got bigger and more sophisticated every year. Wish I still had some pics, would ride for an hour...

The guy with the report saber1 was calling for declared 5-8 along with that graphic. Maybe not quite John’s “pink crayon”. Nonetheless yes i agree, 5-8 won’t be close to rideable, maybe some back roads and forest roads for 24 hrs afterwards but that’s it.

Hate to be that guy but isn’t that what Saber1 was just trying to post about when you told him not gonna happen? :)
