What is your favorite UP ghost story or "haunted" location?

Maybe the "Light" as they used to call it north of Watersmeet on US 45 off that dirt road.

What is your favorite UP ghost story or "haunted" location?

We always made that a stop on our Summer pontoon ride. The old place was very grand and the terrace was awesome that looked out over the lake. It did have a rather spooky feeling to it though. It was strange going through some parts of it back then. Definetly a top five.

Joe Biden and his Administration live in a world that is not affected by all of this, THEY DON'T CARE!, it's been 2 years now and it's obvious the only way to stop this is to vote these terrible people out of office starting on November 8th. It's a shame that they have 4 years to tear us apart...

If that is your (I am not referencing you in particular) reason for joining a club I would say don't bother. Clubs are looking for people to come and get involved however you may fit in. There are plenty of things to do, I mentioned them in an earlier post.

Clubs aren't making it on the $25-$35 membership fees. It's management of money from Fundraisers mainly. The events that are held up here are huge without question and they should be as this is where the snow is. The Dam Duck race on Labor Day weekend in MW brings in $7000 alone after prize...

    Canada Fishing is Back

Pewaukee Lake is very well known as a top Musky Lake in Southern Wisconsin. I am not Musky fisherman but my Brother in law is very much so. As good as I am at walleyes he is at Muskies. I took him walleye fishing on our chain last summer and he hooked a nice musky on a jig and brought it up to...

Another thing to think about is that there is no used EV car market right now. With this Brandon inflation only a certain % of people can afford to buy new cars right now. I have a hard time paying $70,000+ for a vehicle to be honest with you, Most of my vehicles are used, I take my time and...

Not trying to be a wise ass but those two brands are not typically the working mans choice of a vehicle. And yes they are GM.

These two Muskies were taken today on Pewaukee Lake in Southern Wisconsin. The larger one is a 43" Tiger Musky and the other is a 39-1/2" new strain called the spotted musky which they just started stocking on Pewaukee Lake.

It certainly will be interesting to see where this conversation ends up a couple of years from now. As I read the posts here it is painfully obvious that over 90% of the respondents are not on board with EV's. I am logging the date in my mind and will see where this ends up in 2024.

    Anyone in Florida right now?

Have friends in Northport (their lania sustained damage), not flooding, Bonita Springs, they faired well, Pelican Bay, closer to the Gulf, OK, but he said he thought he was extremely lucky. Most are inland 10-20 miles. I thought I read all new construction is block? Mentioned to my wife, never...

I think we are below 1% still as we speak. US Population is 330 million, if 50% of that number (165 Million) drives, well you see the math. Its probably more like 80 million drivers in the US. 2040 seems more realistic vs the 2030 number that is being thrown around. Lots of things need to happen...

For it to be a worldwide thing it sure is kind of a mess. How they are going about bringing it is not sitting well with people, you can't just demand that people go out and invest this amount of money in an EV. I think that is what people are saying, don't tell us how great this concept is when...

Anybody get new tires and installation at walmart?

They will tell you what the best tire is for your veicle or you can tell them what you want, either way. Even though I live up north now they will always have...
