Put a new spring in the recoil yesterday it had some old dried up grease on the back side of it. is there a "certain" type of grease to put on the back side of the plastic rope container? or does it really need to have it there? don't want anything thats going to dry up again or freeze to cause...

whats the best way to set the timing on the rotary valve marks with the pistons? is it better to set with the PTO side or the Mag side? just making sure we have it in the right slots before putting it together. Thanks.

98 MXZ wasn't getting fuel to the carbs, pulled the fuel pump to clean it out & check it. was totally full of Anti-freeze? would this be a good sign that the water pump seal has gone bad? or could it just be a bad jug (cylinder) gasket?

1995 Indy 500efi bogs on the low end from the initial start and any time you slow up to almost a complete stop and hit the throttle, it doesn't want to go for a few seconds. anyone have a few random ideads to take a look at or check to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

Buddy brought this sled over for me to look at, seems his #2 cylinder floods with gas. could this just be a stuck(open) injector or could it have something to do with electical in the ECU. I know it has the style with the window to check codes. Thanks for any help or suggestions and Merry X-Mas...
