yeah, not quite sure why it would only be after storage and initial startup after storage, what would be different to create the charge that would cause a potential fire.

We have a seasonal trailer at a camp resort in Plymouth, been there for 7 years and just learned of Gerber lakes and when looking at map Bullet Lake isn't far from it. Its not a very big lake but 70 feet deep, and on the DNR site it says nothing about being private but does say no boat ramp, and...

never understood why some insurance won't cover, is it because its self-administered? and I thought the manufacturers were caught price gauging on those just recently. I would think a insurance pay out on a pen way cheaper than a trip to the ER but what do I know. Glad to hear you're ok pclark...

yes, where our seasonal trailer is we are in the woods and was an exceptional year for tree sap, now they are not pine trees, but would end up over night with coating of tree sap on vehicles, outdoor furniture and it would remove it yes.

It did but IMO not as well as this product and mrbb is probably correct with different types of adhesives, and this stuff safe on any surface...so far. have even used it to remove sap from windshield when up north.

Doing some checking in that area has anyone stayed at the Horizon Point Cottage? also looks very nice and as stated originally prefer a cabin if possible.
