Polars Rider select moved the whole handle bar assembly back and forward in relation to the seat It was a laughable engineering abortion that was jettisoned with the rest of the fusion. All the other OEMs went with rider forward and simple adjustable risers. If the Apex was hybrid so was the...
No I didn’t but injected 2s don’t consume much oil. 4s engine breaking not much good in those riding conditions either this is where 2s shine. Being a 4s fan I would opt for 2s for these conditions just a better mousetrap for powder and breaking trail.
Weight this is powder riding and busting trails 4s not so friendly in extreme cold either don’t want to be dependent on batteries in the bush. Got carry gas so might as well carry oil too.
Kip is Yamaha going to come up with a new line up of engines to fit the Catalyst which seems to be the future platform for AC? Best of luck selling Yamaha in any form Pats definitely is a great Yamaha shop first and foremost.
Yep temperature swings in March are crazzzy! Lol. I would hear the logs moving around in our house astounding when you think about -25 F to sunny and 40f in a matter of hours only to do it again. Lol
Skidoo not so worried about weight anymore more about giving the market what they want that’s why I hope they embrace eps at least with 4s models. They may have to be weight conscious market driven by AC and Polaris for 2s see how well the catalyst does probably will determine direction for...
Careful with waterfront in an area with plentiful lakes. Like size can determine the value of the real estate. I like smaller clear water lakes with separate basins to break up wakes around 200 acres or so but potential buyers think they need big water like 1000 acres for premium prices. Goofy...
Lots of riders out there with sore shoulders that loved Yamaha eps. I get it you are young and don’t see the need now but you will someday. Lol. Eps will come along just like it has in autos makes the ride more enjoyable. Go to dootalk 4s lots of topics about eps. It will come it’s a money maker...
New engines , electric sleds, composite materials it’s never ending. OEMs have to keep growing so always something new being developed. Only thing that will stop development is a shrinking market and will come to that someday.
Lucky to get a new one they go quickly first day and Cat may or may not manufacture definitely produce Cat sleds first which only makes sense. Doo produces eps and game over for Yamaha doo has been stubborn to offer eps really dumb imo. Catalyst blows up everything with 4s either new 4s engines...
Here’s the problem Yamaha doesn’t give out just snowmobile dealerships. Yamaha wants you to carry their entire product line and floor plan. Yamaha is selective and takes big money and commitment.
