MI would go broke on $25 weekly permits then $100 per sled annual permit would deter lots of riders especially multiple sled owners.

Anybody know anything about the closed bridge which blocks access to Sidnaw and Amasa from north and south of Trail 2 and 8. That’s over 50 miles of trail that hasn’t seen a groomer since last season. We left messages with Iron Range Club and no response. Any reapair in progress or total season...

I took many for a day ride from Vilas to UP back when MI permit was $25. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t leave WI and they loved it. Smooth UP trails and WI was 1 big bump at the time. Lol

Lots of people stay in WI stop at the border. This may draw them over the border into the UP. Won’t mean much in lower MI.

Milwaukee weather shows at least 7” in Vilas a lot more in the UP. Not much here at all couple inches at most.

Cass would hate it. I had a buddy that signed up for the in park ride with his Dad and they both hated it. Tons of snow but he said half of the people had no idea how to ride snowmobiles and the 25mph speed limit was painful. Huge disappointment for him definitely not the thing for spirited riders.
