That area should be great, I used to live in Waukesha County and we would chase the snow all over down there. Great trails when they have decent snow.

All of Vilas County including ER has about 6” of sugar snow on the trails. We need some packing snow. The county remains closed and next week doesn’t look good for measurable snow. Sorry for the bad news, I have never seen trails not open by now.

Lincoln, Vilas, Oneida are also included in a Winter Storm Warning for Friday at 9am into Saturday. It says 5-8", who knows? If you look at the warning map pretty much all of Wisconsin is included in a Winter Storm warning.
