So true, but evil sun is welcome for the pyschological side of too many days without sun. By Mid February the sun starts taking it's toll. You guys picked a good week to come up, should have great snow and hopefully nice trails. Enjoy!

IT'S GETTING DEEP! I just took the dog out and it's snowing again, thought it was over but maybe some lake effect. It has snowed pretty much all day in Vilas and it's beautiful!, just what we needed after the warm up.

At 4:30pm it looks like we have between 8"-10" of heavy wet packing snow from the storm that started early this morning. This should really set up well after the groomers get out tonight. Long range has highs in the low to mid 20"s and lows in the teens or lower for the next 10 days. Should be...

At 10am today we have a solid 5" new snow in Manitowish Waters. It is still snowing and they say we could get a total of 6", the radar shows more coming east to west for awhile so hopefully a little more.

Cold weather sticking around, you should be good for awhile yet.

They laid the ribbon down tonight on Trail#2 to BJ, temps are dropping back into the 20's and who knows what Thursday brings for snow? I think we weathered the worst of it pretty good. Picture is of trail# 2 to BJ near my house tonight at 8:30pm.

The trails actually looked fairly good all the way down to Minocqua from MW today considering the crap weather we have had the last 2 days. It's still 32 degrees with very light snow (a dusting) today. I have not ridden since last week so I can't really give you actual trail conditions but...

I have ATT and it's just Ok in my opinion. I used to have Verizon and it was the same so I don't really think it's the carrier, it's the area we live in.

33 degrees at 6:30am on Tuesday morning, no new snow, not too much change overnight as I look out my window. I have to go down to Minocqua today so i'll report back later this afternoon on what I see on the trails.
