Ditto to both posts. The igloo bar is off the charts, I've never seen anything quite like that. You will have to give us some detailed info on that. Of course, the restoration is coming along nicely. It's going to be a work of art when it's done, just like the others.

We ended up with 3" of fine grainy snow that began at 3:30 p.m. yesterday in the Lake Linden, Hubbell, Tamarack City area. Windy this morning which tapered off leading to sunny blue bird skies & a temp of +37. Beautiful day to be out & about, wish I could, but, I'll take the sunny skies regardless.

Trail in Hancock is fine, the usual for this time of year, not certain on the bridge, but, nonetheless it is passible. Yes, Allouez BP has premium....... Pheonix store usually has premium as well just in case you need fuel further north.

Conditions are ok, like most areas here in the UP, icey beneath the fresh snows. Remember, the Copper Dog dog sled race is this week-end, so it will be crazy busy especially from Calumet north. The trails will have musher teams on them, so, proceed with caution.

Snows have begun to intensify here in the Keweenaw. + 12f with very fine flakes which would indicate a little dryer air, nonetheless, the snowfall has picked up a bit. I guess we'll see how it all pans out.

It would appear that the storm itself will not bring as much snow to the Keweenaw as was first anticipated. Nonetheless, 8-10" is a respectable amount. LES could provide more on top of that, however, that will depend on location & wind direction. Be aware of the icey conditions in many areas...
