I was wondering about that total too! At work in Superior on Wednesday we had blizzard conditions. I drove back home to IR at 3pm as soon as I got out of Superior , clear, no snow had fallen. Thursdays blizzard wasn't too horrid, Lots of snow but winds were not as high as predicted.
