I would believe that most trails are on private property, state or federal land and are under the authority of the DNR where inevitably they have final say on what happens on said trails.

So your saying that your club owns that part of the trail? And if so you are saying that they have control over usage of said trail and they have not accepted any money from anyone except snowmobilers for use of this trail?

Trails are being groomed daily, some spots on grade are still thin with rocks coming out. Overall they are in good shape corners are holding up well also. We definitely need snow but trails are flat.

Whitedust agree but people take out wolves all the time and don’t get caught. My point was maybe take out a wolf is one thing but how do you mistake a dogsled team for a wolf or 2. Complete crap person is all I am saying.

There are just some very evil people in this world period. My first thought is did snowmobiler think they were wolves and want to run them down but how do you miss the musher and sled unless they didn’t notice in time but my bet just a very evil person.

To all that posted about Lakewoods resort the misses and I are going to take a ride there Thursday and spend the night because of all the recommendations. Winter Warlock was exactly correct on fact Watersmeet only groomed once and Whitedust is also correct on when groomers will go out but more importantly on as to grooming grade, coming off the melt down some spots on the grade really took a hit and lost most if not all snow. Once snow came...

Yup, they have found there way up north, probably have seen 30-40 so far this afternoon crossing the lake.

How about one of you that want it on the barstool just start a tread about fuel there then talk all day long. As for sleds I have a feeling they will be in full force tomorrow. But cold weather going to slow them down.
