I don’t know if it was there’s but yesterday ( Thursday the 3rd) there was a new Holland with drag still attached on a flatbed heading south going through Eagle River so one club is more than likely down a groomer.

Erin’s pub just south of the racetrack is good, all other’s mentioned already. Buckshots saloon, kickback grill are a few more. Couple more in Conover are Burnt Bridge, and Buckaton lodge. And we are all probably missing a few so as all said you have many choices.

I just drove through Boulder this morning and with fresh groom every road crossing along hwy B and hwy M everything looked awesome even the trail along 51 around Arbor Vitae looked fantastic I really was wishing I was on sled instead of in truck. I was surprised how good it looked but yes snow...

I still think midweek will be ok grooming just can’t keep up with weekend traffic.

One other thing I would add is the lake affect areas have been getting the extra snow so have a little more to work with.

From what I have seen high traffic areas are starting to struggle holding up to grooming. Mornings better than afternoon when traffic hits them. Less traffic areas holding up way better but we definitely need a god refresh of good snow not the fluffy lake affect stuff.

So with that being to fix it makes you think that there is a nick in the wire jacket if that you moved away from what caused it so if or basically when it happens again trace the wire back and find the damage and make proper repair.

Agree, I like the trails and going east as usually less traffic but the Phelps are used up and need some real help, hopefully it will get worked out in the near future.

One thing I will say is there were a lot of sleds that way, way more than I would have thought. Sand lake pub had to have 30-40 sleds and Y not Here probably 30-50 sleds, also quite a few around the Twin Lakes area on Saturday so somewhat understandable but definitely surrounding clubs doing better.

Most of it was good just the section Phelps grooms not real good and last Monday rode Phelps trail 6 and 17 not real good that day either. So in 2 try’s have not had very good trails in there area, I won’t say I’m not going back but I won’t make it a priority until I lot more snow flys. Thanks...

Well I answered my own question today, 6 east from Phelps to where it meets with 10 was now really that good everything from that point into iron River was fantastic.
