It's a very good mix of grades, forest roads and tight twisties. Clubs do a great job grooming as Indy indicated. I tried to ride today up in Spread Eagle and the trails are so hard / tight I was overheating. First time that has ever happened to me. Installing scratchers today and will try again...

Indy just posted an encouraging post in the Florence/Forest trails thread. I can see on the cameras the roads by my place out to the highway is now bare. If I can't cross the lake I will have to trailer :mad:

Didn’t say it wouldn’t work. I’m saying it shouldn’t be the preferred setup. Hot water will give you better more effective results. That’s all I’m saying. In the end will probably use less water since humidity set point will be reached sooner. Im speaking from experience

I left my place last Sunday in the middle of the warm up. We lost at that time about 2-3" and now since then have received 8" so things are looking great still! I heard from my friend that trail 5 is getting groomed today and then all next week. Should be GREAT conditions up north!

You might be right but before writing it off might be best to try it. Sooo many people thought it was stupid on an ATV and those same people now say they wouldn’t buy one without it. But I realize the 2 stroke side of it might be legit
