    ISO…2002 Polaris 120 ignition coil

did you try disconnecting the ground from coil and running an auxiliary to ground to see if you lose ignition? or running continuity test from ground wire at coil forward? I have had ignition coils that will not complete ground on kill circuit but not very common, usually a problem beyond the...

What is a cost for an oil change for 2013 ski "ace" 600 touring?

I give 3 to 5 years on batteries in powersports and lawn and garden applications, I know there are a lot of people who use tenders and have luck with them, but I am not a fan. Most things with some kind of CPU will have some kind of parasitic draw. if batteries are going to sit idle between...

How many trips planned and where?

I'm sure the people you are introducing to the U.P. will be in awe, early to mid 90's was first time for me, was stationed in Mercer had to head north to chase the snow, ended up in Mass City and the rest was history! I never tire of the scenery, the trails, the stops and the genuine people in...

    Parking for a Cause

when and how much is the tough decision but the fact you are doing this is beyond honorable, I agree with Kirk600, pick out some charities/causes and post a goal, any amount makes a difference but by posting a goal it may get you there sooner and make a big difference, instead of just having a...

900 Ace - Stripped Threads on Block

being as it's something you will be taking in and out (drain plug) I'm not so sure a heli-coil would be the best choice to fix it. I would look into "keenserts" (not sure if spelled correctly or not) This may be your better option IMO, now to see if they have the size you are looking for.

    Chaincase cover leaking

There should be a chain case gasket there, with that in place there should be no need for any sealant as there would be very little possibility that either surfaces could be damaged or warped, unless somehow the cover or case has a crack in it from a previous failure. As stated with good cover...
