monday 3/6 am what we could see was pretty bare as we drove south through town on our way home.

We move around so we can see different areas, I think of it as shopping the area so we can better decide where to get a cabin at.

March trips are about the location or epic rides, ya just never know. we have had good luck over the years. 3 or 4 years ago we got the itch one evening and left the next am and came on St Patrick's day timeframe and had great riding.

well that is better than none. hope things last through the weekend for this trip. Still wondering if I should try to change location to the Gogebic area they seem to have the most new snowfall.

Have a trip planned for this coming first weekend in March staying in the Calumet area. Looking for any recent info on conditions north and south of there.

have seen more belts hanging in trees this year than in the past. Just don't get the need to litter high in a tree on the trail. your brought a spare in take the old out.

also carry spare wires. Not sure why they still use the rca jacks, an sae would stay together better and still pull apart in case of accident.

boomer make sure to leave some snow, we arrive in Calumet on the 2nd.
