i changed motor oil, primary case oil, transmission oil, fork oil, put on the new hand grips, checked the drive belt for cracks, checked primary chain tension, installed new rear tire, washed, waxed and repacked my baffles however it is still loud with my hooker tuned flow exhaust.

somtimes you press the start button and only the relay clicks.manual says it's a wiring issue, somthing going open.i think i'll have to replace the little ground wire that runs from side of solenoid to the relay.trying to follow a wire on an ultra classic is pretty tough. any ideas?

ran fine,parked.went out the next morning put the key in and nothing.all warning lights are on without the key in ignition.remove battery lead , when put back on ,fuel pump pressurises and all warning lights are on,without key in car. turning the key does nothing.i'm thinking bad switch?

i have the belt off the secondary and noticed there is about 2 inches of play on the inner sheave. is this normal? if so should i have all the way forward to the middle or to the back when belt put back on.it seems like it should be that way but i have never noticed the inner sheave slips...

the 4 bolts that attach the skid to the tunnel,do they need locktite?has anybody had them loosen while riding?reason being is i'm not real fond of locktite.figure i go through the sled twice a year anyway.
