Can anyone give me an update on trail conditions there? Looking to ride tomorrow.

Wow. Just....wow. This weekend was my first time riding there...we made the decision to skip Vilas Co. due to all of the crowd-drawing festivities and the holiday weekend...and I can assure you that it won't be our last. Trails were flat and twisty as heck...and there was NOBODY THERE...

Anyone know the conditions around Phillips/Price Co? I've never ridden there, but it looks like a decent option. Need a place to stay and some recommendations on where to ride. Thanks! -mike

It's almost boating season already!

Down here, a lot of restaurants are closed on Mondays...is that the case in the Yoop? We rolling north in two weekends and extending the weekend thru Tuesday...just wondering if we'll have problems finding a place to stop. Most likely be in the central or western U.P.....

Good to know there's more bikers that ride sleds. I rode the entire length of lower Michigan this summer with my wife...we both have carbon road bikes. My true love is the mountain bike, though. I currently have four in the garage (plus two road bikes, the wife's road bike, a cyclocross bike...

Anyone have any suggestions? I carry a spare sled in the bed (works great for weight over the rear wheels too!) all winter, and currently I load either using my loading dock at work or a snow bank. Appreciate the info. mike
