02 700 Grand Touring 600 miles Running on 1

Found an 02 700 Grand Touring for sale that I am interested in, 600 miles on sled.

I saw this in someone's front yard.

When looking at it, it will start up, but only run on one cylinder. It is getting plenty of gas and seems to have a good spark. Compression check has both at 126. Yet could not get it to run on both cylinders.
Any ideas? Interested in buying it, but just wondering what could be going on with it.

change the spark plug caps maybe? my dad's was running on 1 w/good compression but no spark and it was the spark plug cap that u put on top of the spark plug. they dont' cost much, they should just unscrew right off

Where's it at, I'll go look at it for ya. LOL Cant be much wrong with it. How long has it sat? Take some new plugs with you and run with it on a stand. It will probably come out of it.

could also have clogged jet not letting fuel in so nothing to burn.I am sure if only running on 1 you will get it for close to nothing.and fix it for the same

did i mention i spent $120 just for some spark plug caps? they took an hour and a half to figure out the problem.

Put a new Plug in the Cold Cylinder, it should Fire up. If you buy it, Clean the Main Jets in the carbs and make sure it has New Gas in it, pump the old stuff in your Car or Truck.
