Pretty much as the title says not going to much longer. I think I can get away with just moving the skid back some.

few more things need to be known are the 2.25drivers you are replacing with 3.0 drivers the same diameter?
big wheel kit?
moving skid down for more clearance or up for less angel of attack or same plane?

I'm going with 8 tooth 2.52 probably gonna keep it on the same plane. Im gonna need to notch it as is .I really don't wanna move the skid down. Don't wanna take a chance on stabbing my track with the rails and if I move it up I really don't think i'll have the room. because its a 2in track. And not running big wheel kit.

After you wrote this you got me thinking so I went outside and started measuring my other sled yep it a 141 2.52 track off a 01 Yamaha mountain max deep powder special.I measured the inside teeth on the track they were the same as my 2.52 136 track. I wonder if a big wheel kit will take up the slack I need?

Interesting. I didn't know they made a 2.52 141. I would leave skid in stock position and run offset axle/big wheel kit. Lot less messing around, no?

I was clueless on the 2.52 141 also, I would love to hunt one down. That would be plenty doable with only a 136 tunnel, i dont think im gonna fit anything more than a 136 in my 10' enclosed...

Sounds like the original poster already has a 141" track and a sled to put it on, but if not, why bother? I can't imagine much of a difference between a 141 and a 136. What is that...maybe 2 extra inches on the ground? Not trying to say it's not a fun idea - I'll be interested to see how it works out.

BINGO I have a 136 2inch paddle on there I've pretty much trashed that track lots of paddle are knocked off I've been given a 141 2 in paddle in better shape. I don't mind drilling holes in my tunnel to bring the skid back to fit the track.

because a 141 is closer to a 144 than a 136 so then everybody cant say "Indy i told ya so shoulda listened and gone 144 and not 136" LOL

what kind of 10 ft cap do u have?
my bud has a 10 ft with the Triton cap drive the ski right up and in to the nose and u can get a 153M crammed in it. u will never get the fr open but every one has rev now days.
if u have flow style cap u cant get a 128 f in it

track 141 is fine for da UP most of the time. the long a arms on your sled is what has to be changed to a set from a rmk.

You need to move them back 2.5" and both Yamaha and Arctic Cat ran 141" x 2.52 pitch tracks for years on their mountain sleds.
