In that case I would just ride the main trails up towards Minocqua and maybe over towards Rhinelander.and north. We rode south and west a little last weekend and even with ideal conditions we didn't see many other sleds at all. There's a trail 19 from Tripoli to Merrill and there's basically not a bar, gas station, or a house for 40 miles, I think.

The detox trail is 19 north from Tripoli to Round and Pike Lake..45 miles of National forest. Know it well..grew up there. 19 south is 28 miles from Spirit Falls to Pankows Bar north of Merrill. Awesome trails

I was just there Thursday - Sunday . Absolutely spectacular trails. This weeks warm up will affect it but hopefully not to bad.
Best conditions I've seen in 20 years in Vilas and Oneida counties.

They'll be fine. The trails around Tomahawk were all groomed and flat before the warm and rain. We'll be grooming again for the weekend once
it cools off again. We're gonna groom em till the End!! Plenty of riding left.

I am in St Germain now the trails took a hit. Once you get in the woods I would ride south towards 3 lakes and Forest county. Trails were a 10 yesterday put on 280 saw 10 people. The towns are bad but Woods are great
