Caps are lacking "D" and their in the weeker conefrence. The west is going to be hard to win in again thins year. I like Detroit. Their peeking at the right time and they are healthy. If they don’t make it from the west I hope the Blackhawks make it. On a realistic viewpoint I think Phoenix has the best chance from the west. Buffalo and Ottawa are hot and heading to the playoffs with the best records in the east. Washington is hot as well but they just do not have the defense. My pick from the east is New Jersey. My wish is Red Wings vs Montreal . Always go for the original 6 teams.

Wings!!!!!

The WINGS...who else would I pick!
To finish the season with 102 points after all of the injuries and controversy...ya gotta love their chances to make a good run. Should be a very good first round against the upstart Coyotes!
Let the fun begin!!
GO WINGS!!!

Wings are too old and too slow and blew their ...... just to get into the playoffs, Sharks always choke in the first or second round. If the Hawks can get past the first couple of rounds and get Phantom 51 an Johnsson back for the conference finals, they will be tough to beat. Ubee, does a seive have a .912 SV% and a 2.25 GAA? Those look like pretty good numbers to me. Especially if he is only seing 20-25 shots a night.

First the Wings were too small (in 1997, when they showed Philly you can't hit what you can't catch), now they're too old and slow -- for what, about the 10th year in a row now? :)

The Wings looked great blowing 2 leads against the Yotes last night. Old, slow, over. It was nice to see the Sharks returning to their usual postseason form as well. The penguins game was kind of a surprise.
