like a new chassis but not sure about it. Heard about a 950 motor (calling it 1000) around 180-190 HP's. Think it will be cool if they doo it!

You can go to YouTube and pull up some video's of the 2011 Lineup. The Summit Freeride video shows that sled well. Also some decent talk going on in the Dootalk.com Forum under the "Mountain Sleds" thread and you can get links to the YouTube vids there too.

"By eliminating the center windows, the Summit greatly increases flotation and climbing ability"

Backcountry

I sure like the Renegade packages especially with the 800 e-tec motor that will be available in them. Might think about digging deep into the wallet for one of these. No yellow in the Renegade models is kind of strange. Guess my yellow helmet won't match anymore. The X packages on the Backcountry look pretty nice.

Yep. You will have to dig real deep for a 2011. The MSRP's are unreal. A friend of mine paid just over $10,200.00 for a 2010 Backcountry X he spring checked last year. I about hit the floor. Now they are more. Much more!

Did some checking on the doo website and found the MSRP on the 2011 in-season Backcounty with the 800 e-tec (includes electric start) after deducting the $600 Spring Order rebate comes to $11,499 MSRP. The Backcountry with the 800 Power TEK motor (after deducting the $600 rebate) has an MSRP of $10,349. With some wheeling and dealing with the dealer I would hope you could pay a bit less than MSRP so actually, the prices don't seem too out of line compared to last year from what I am seeing.

X Package Backcountry Prices

The BC X package prices are a bit higher with an MSRP of $12,449 with the 800 e-tec and $11,149 with the 600 e-tec motor. No 800 Power TEK is available in the BC X package. No rebates available on the X package sleds which is a bummer.
