2015 sled delivery

Got a call on Wednesday from my dealer saying that my Indy is in already, July 9th. Crazy early. I told him I wasn't really ready for it yet, wasn't expecting it until November. Polaris says it has to be registered within 45 days, warranty doesn't start until Dec 1st. Rough problem to have! Indy 600

no I think on sno checks U have x amount of days to take delivery. I have seen it on a contract dont know how poo runs it but would be shocked if they did not have a deadline.
if u would have checked a axis I bet u would not b getting it until very late .

Ski Doo sleds are starting to come in right now as well. Rob's sold over 230 spring break sleds. There is no way everyone can take delivery after December 1, as it just creates a huge logistics problem. Ski Doo contract says "accept delivery of your new Ski Doo snowmobile by October 31 OR within 10 calendar days from delivery to your dealer (whichever falls last), NO EXCEPTIONS."

Probably is delivery terms but registration no way dealer wants it off his plate.

Just to clarify, at the time I lived 600 miles from dealer and he knew I would not p/u sled until December when I sno-checked it. I also think the sleds were delivered late that year as I recall.

I am not sure but I think all of the manufacturers are similar to this. It doesn't matter when your sled comes in if it is before 10-31, it has to be paid for by that date and if it comes in after 10-31 it must be paid for within 10 days. Lots of dealers will let you keep the sled at the dealership in the crate after it is paid for as long as you pick it up within a reasonable time. In the early and mid 90's when I was a Polaris dealer we started getting new sleds in as early as April.
