2018/2019 bears

The bears really aren't playing for anything where as the Vikings need to win so not sure if this game is a good baraometer.
I could be wrong on the Bears but thought they can't move forward or reverse unlesss Rams lose, but they play someone horrible (can't remember who)

Da Bears should win games like this and they did. 49ers are going to kick some serious arse next year when the get Jimmy G back and Mullen is a good number 2. I will feel more strongly regarding a winning season for the 49ers than the Pack next year. Imo I’ll know more where the Bears stand in the playoffs after the Vikings game.

I don’t think Nagy will take his foot off the gas pedal but he might if he thinks players will do better in the playoffs if rested. If all ahead full Nagy will want a win.

Agree whitedust. Nagy is a lot like the Patriots B.B., as in it's a win that counts, who cares if it is pretty!!! Nagy will keep this train on the tracks, and going forward all the while improving. That's what Pace hired him to do.

You’re right Pace has to be very happy with Nagy and the improved Bears already but would be cool to win the SB too. Lol.

Polarisdan doesn't understand the game.

Bears could have won every game they have been in. Only team that worries me is at NO.

really..cuz u drink the friggin koolaid more than anyone on here means i dont know what im talking about..not sure ur age but ive been a bears fan for a long time..and i dont drink this teams koolaid..they have sucked for so long from ownership down they have to prove they are worthy..

ive been reading your posts on this forever..u have zero critical observations..all is well in bears town..well my friend..u r dead wrong..

u think that was a playoff performance? the frigging browns would have sopped em up..kc seatlle and the saints..oh also ravens and rams wulda massacred em..just cuz WE won some games this year doesnt mean squat when the real season rolls around..

D travels is OUR only hope..mitches 6 yard passes aint gonna win u no playoff games..

they had a nice season..no question and its been fun again..but dont think for a minute they have proven they are a playoff contender..gotta show alot more than that

Lol.

A road win against a hot QB and great coach. I'll take it. Was it ugly yea no doubt. But it's a win. I was the only one who gave the bears some hope this year. Your close minded tunnel vision doesn't kno chit. The bears will be rockin and rolling come playoff time. When they do please dont comment. Cause it's all negative BS. U remind me of a grumpy old man.

Go,,,cough, cough....Bears?

My Packers is starting over ...not looking good.

I don't think Rodgers is a Tom Brady as far as longevity goes....just my current opinion.

Watched the Packer game yesterday and Packers in a total rebuild something like 20 current players will be FAs and probably be somewhere else next year. My reaction was Rogers should have held out for Free Agency picked a stable winning team with play off potential. Idk maybe he will ask for a trade but time has caught up with the Packers and will take years to rebuild. Maybe free agency will help the Packers recover but FAs may not find the Packers an attractive place to play. Time will tell.

ha..really dude..grumpy..thats funny as the guys i ride with here will attest to..just factual..49's? really a great coach and quarterback? man thats really stretching it..now we will see..here comes foles..an actual real qb and a real coach..

if they can contain this team at home..and can win one game..i will say it was a great year..but like i said before..this offense aint gonna win a shootout..

and my guess is u start every year saying how great the bears are..

Well...another interesting regular season coming to an end! Definitely some changes from last year...as the league is designed to do. Couple teams that impressed me were the Colts and Browns! Remember early this year the Colts brought in the backup to throw a last second bomb cause Luck couldn’t throw that far, he really made an impressive comeback. Baker mayfield is much better than I expected! Mahomes has to be one of the most exciting QB’s to watch. Barkley looked like a great draft for the Giants.
As for the NFC North:
Bears: obviously an impressive season but not totally surprised. They had a great defense last year and due to the Raiders being a minor league NFL team the Bears added Mack. The Bears instantly became a playoff team by addition. Trub has work to do but improved. The bears have as good of a shot at the SB as any team due to their defense, the offense just need to be descent.
Pack- one of the biggest disappointments of the NFL this year. Yesterday’s game was an embarrassment for the Pack and shows how little talent the team really has. I’m not sure they have enough time to rebound for another title run with Rodgers.
Vikes- definite disappointment this year. Cousins has never proved he can take a team to the playoffs and he kept that going. Not entirely his fault but Vikes didn’t show much this year.
Lions - guess their still in Detroit, congrats on that.
The NFC North turned out to be Much weaker than thought. Future looks bright for Bears to make a couple year run but nothing is guaranteed. This year everything has worked for the Bears especially no major injuries. Bring on the QB uncertain Eagles and let the playoffs begin!

You may want to check the stats out Dan??? The Vikes got their a---s kicked, like bad!!! Twice in the same year. On the other side, the Pack has a whole lot of work to do to get back to where they need to be. How many years will it take is the big question??? Has Rodgers got that much time left in him??? Or, does he go to another playoff contender team??? I always enjoyed watching his abilities to preform!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like magic.

Rodgers isn't going anywhere. The Packers were one of the most injured teams of the entire NFL. They will heal up over the summer. Also the Pack will have a lot of money to spend going in to next season. Don't spend a lot of time feeling sorry for them. They will be fine. The Lions will continue to be the Lions. The Vikings are just plain cursed and will never be worth squat.

Kyle Shanahan is regarded as one of the brighter offensive minds in football. Look at Atlanta when he left. And jimmy G. He turned a grocery getter into a threat in Mullins. Point with that game is good teams find a way to win on the road when they played bad and the bears did. They won 9 of last 10 games lol. I said hot QB not great....big difference.

The vikes were a desperate team at home and the bears man handled them.

When they beat the eagles, dont comment. Too much negativity.

my comments had nothing to do with the vikes games..nor the defense..strickly about the overexuberence by a certain person..my point is the same..until proven its all hype..IF the D shows UP..the bears have a solid chance..they will not win an offensive shootout with the eagles..did we forget about the miami game? how about the special teams with the patriot game..how bout a kicker that cant kick an extra poimt and misses FG's..u know thats gonna cost them a game somewhere.. the exuberence should come AFTER they win ONE playoff game..not the BS comparing them to the 85 bears..get real
