509 chrome wears off/scratches

Getting pretty ticked. I have 509 hard case and always transport my goggles inside the goggle bag that they came with along with putting those in the case. I don't touch the goggles with my hands but it seems if you get snow on the chrome and wipe it off with a cloth the chrome comes off with it. I had the chrome/yellow last year and bought chrome/clear for this year. the chrome/clear is perfect and i love the chrome look but can't stand looking through the lenses any more. Either trying a non chrome lense or going with a different goggle anybody else had this problem with the chrome?

I prefer them blacked out but that's another subject LOL anybody have black ops or the polarized smoke? Are they okay at night or too dark? thinking about going with those.

I have the polarized smoke in my avaitors and was able to ride at night but only because I forgot the yellow lens at home. It worked but the second night the yellow was MUCH better and brighter. Wouldnt reccomend riding with the dark at night.

I have the Black Ops and only use them during the day. They are polarized and don't work well at night.

I have the black opps they are dark I have used them at night 1 time not my preff option.
I always have a clear set with me for night or to swapp back and fourth for a dry set in my sled goggel warmer bag
