yeah my neighbor just came over and said he heard some places up to 6 inches an hour!? i never heard of such numbers. He went for a walk in it i said ill pass on it today..

CONDITIONS. MOTORISTS ARE TO USE THE DESIGNATED STATE HIGHWAY 137
DETOUR.

Saw a list on facebook of highways that were not advisable to drive on

US 8 from WIS 141 (Marinette County) to WIS 73 (Rusk County)
WIS 70 from US 2 (Florence County) to the Sawyer/Price County line
US 51 from WIS 64 (Lincoln County) to US 2 (Iron County)
US 2 from Hurley to Saxon (Iron County)
WIS 13 from Westboro to Park Falls (Price County)
US 45 from WIS 64 to the Michigan state line
The following highways are ice covered. Motorists should slow down and drive with caution:
I-39/US 51 from WIS 66 (Stevens Point, Portage County) to WIS 64 (Merrill, Lincoln County)
WIS 13 from WIS 23 (Wisconsin Dells, Juneau County) to Westboro (Price County)
WIS 29 from Wittenberg (Shawano County) to WIS 13 in (Abbotsford, Marathon County)

The storm was a bust for us. They were calling for 6 to 12 inches, we got 6 to 12 flakes. We have had about 6" of snow per month here this winter in northeast ND

earlier today ther was a lot of black around Rhinelander,Minocqua & ER. Look like things are getting cleared up already as even the ER to lando is "slippery stretches" but earlier was black
