96 Indy Lite project - where to get parts?

I picked up a '96 Indy Lite Deluxe early this summer as a fixer-upper project for my 12 year old son and I. It will be his sled after he gets his safety certification.

The sled is in decent shape overall, but I do need to track down replacement parts for it. Things like suspension bolts and chaincase gasket, as well as potentially some more significant parts such as replacing one side of the belly pan where it is cracked.

What places do you recommend for tracking down used and new parts over the web? We live in Cincinnati so we're a long way from a dealer. The only place I've found on a quick search is snowmobileguys.com.

Also, I'm pretty handy but I don't have a ton of experience wrenching sleds. Where could I get a service manual? On-line anywhere?

My son likes working on mechanical things. We're having fun. We re-built the brakes the other day (they were non-functional) and have done general maintenance.

www.alljet.com They have the microfiche for just about everything there. You go through the parts diagrams and part numbers to figure out what you need and then you can order from them online. They are based on Richland, MI. I replaced a bunch of parts on a a 1993 Indy 440 that my son rode for a couple of years and they were my sole parts supplier.

Thanks for all the info. This really helps. We'll check out the sites and place an order later this week. Did a lot of cleanup and opened the chaincase over the weekend. Fun to see the 12 year old get so into it.
