With all that is going on in OUR Country these days! A president that don't seem to care about Americans, Mexicans invading us from the south, the economy is in the dumper people are loosing their pride and loyalty for this land.....This should be A time to come together stand and be proud and do what is Right......DONT FORGET!!remember how we all came together on this day.........GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!!AND GOD BLESS UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and all its people.....

common sense is not common sense any longer. We have redefined the definition just as we have with many other important words in this country and the sad part is, there is no turning back.

no but we can move forward, America can do it we can recover, I always see the cup half full. Can't be sad, must stay positive and stand strong! Its America our country we love!

It is sad. With everything that has happened, is happening and going to happen and I mean everything from wars - bad weather- money crisis-to you name it (I believe and my opinon only) that the father upstairs is trying to tell us that he is still here and he is in control and it is time alot of us better WAKE UP. GOD BLESS US ALL AND THE WHOLE WORLD. AMEN!

WE got to watch this one guys.. I agree totally with the post but we can't get into a back and forth political party bashing. That would be a direct posting woopsy.. I'd like to think it'd stay this way but I doubt it.

Maybe I'll be suprised. But don't be suprised to see it go bye bye in the near future.

Well perhaps Dubya wasn't a great speacherator, but those two "speaches" certainly are not to be forgotten.
On the other hand, now we gots one really smooth speacherator in the White House. Do we feel better now?

People are coming together, loyal and proud to be Americans. Your from MN, you need only look as far as this years MN Republican convention to see that. Compare that with what happened 2 years ago! I'm not sure whats happening on the democratic side of things, but would suspect similar, if not in MN, around the country.

You need to realize that the MSM (NBC, CBC, FOX, Star Tribune, ETC....) isn't going to report successes, and if they must will undermine them. If you are listening to them no doubt your going to feel hopeless, their job is to get you to give up without a fight, and/or side track you.

m8man...I sorry i didnt try to mak political this is not about G Bush but more about what going on in the country.....

as far as hope unenployment is at an all time high and companies are closing everyday...just look around buildings sitting empty and from where i sit the working man is no longer working!!!!
The republican Convention made me sick!!!all the people who came here to MN to interrupt the convention and I believe the Dem's sent groups of people to vandal and cause unrest!!!it was the saddest thing I have ever witnessed!!!

I wish we could talk politics as I like to see a third party get stronger.....no rep or dem..to far left and to far right....

that is political right there.

It seems from reading a few threads here it is just A ok to slam
Obama around here.

and the convention in MN. Let's not forget about Larry Craig and his
little sexcapade in the mens restroom. so maybe it was the repiglicans
that sent folks out to distract from craig's pick up LOL

i'm leaving this thread now.

Too far right? They're both too far to the left for me, at least in terms of big government and interfering in our lives! We need a new party to the right of the Republicans! I mean this in terms of protecting and respecting the Constitution, not in furthering a certain agenda, whatever it happens to be that day. How short-sighted we are in following the road to serfdom, when it is getting played out 20 years in advance in Europe as we speak and we can see it ends in bankruptcy and poverty!
