Animosity Regarding Off Trail Powder Riders & Long Track Sleds?

i am a trail rider that tries to ride off-trail, i stick to the ditches

all i was getting at is that it's not right to automatically assume it's the long track/off trail riders not following signs and riding where they shouldn't. Animosity to long track/ off trail riders is wrong and unfair.

Seems to be a lot of animosity lately regarding off trail powder riders & long track sleds.

On this site, several other sled sites that I visit, hunting sites that I visit and life in general you will find a lot of people harboring animostiy towards anyone who does something different from what they do.

Sites like this just bring a lot of people that like to do the same thing (snowmobile) together and gives them a venue through which they can vent their animosity towards those who don't think, ride, live like they do.

These differences in people are nothing new, what's new is the internet and the power it has to bring people into one place and provide them a soapbox upon which they can stand.

I take the read, laugh, move on approach on most threads!!

Sure, and people who ride short tracks are always wishing they had something a little longer between their legs.

It's not about length. Girth is where it's at! :)

put a handlebar riser and you can whip it around a ton better in the pow! And maybe get some wider ski's and you're good to go! But then again i've never been in more than 2.5 feet of pow
