My builder estimate last year came in at just over $450,000 and I was supposed to build this Spring, when I started talking to him late this winter he told me the price for everything has been going up and that the house would now be over $550,000 that's when i said i would wait and see what happens next year. I've used this same builder to build both of my sons houses and numerus other projects at my current house.
