Bill,

When we were out there some years back we used hi-country rentals/ace powder guides in west yellowstone. West is about 25 miles or so from IP, just over two top MT. Highly reccomend, they have beacons, and all equip needed and took us to a few secret places that were completely untouched, although the old "confusion" took a few attempts to get to where they were going we got there and it was incredible. These guys are also first responders, and our 2nd day was cut a little short as they had to go out on a rescue, they put us in a nice playground where we could find our way home and made us a good deal when we brought our equipment back.
